After an initial process in which we survey the needs of our customers, we begin to search for suppliers through a process that may involve factory audits or inspection of samples that are carried out in conjunction with our customers
Many of our clients already have a brand and image developed for their products. At Sekostar Latam we take care of obtaining and organizing all the necessary marketing material for packaging design, labeling, product logo, etc. In the event that our clients do not have a brand available for their products, we will help them create one with our agency. From the name to the btrand image and all the necessary material for the development of the brand. We will also assist you during the trademark legal consultation process and the registration process.
At Sekostar Latam we take care of obtaining and organizing all the necessary marketing material for packaging design, labeling, product logo, etc. We will assist our client's marketing team or, if they do not have one, we can do it with our own marketing agencies in order to complete product development with the best presentation quality.
Some products such as electrical, chemical, food, security, etc. require prior certifications to be imported. These types of certificates vary from country to country. At Sekostar Latan we will assist you throughout the consultation process regarding the requirements of each development and based on that information we will deal with obtaining the documentation, quality standards, laboratory tests and even the sample if necessary for approval. In those cases in which a factory audit by quality agencies is necessary, we will take care of coordinating them locally.
We have our own logistics center in Ningbo as well as agreements with collection centers in the main ports of China. In this way, we can easily consolidate several suppliers in the same shipment, making the use of cargo space more efficient, as well as simplifying the shipping documentation and the dispatch of orders to the place.
By connecting a supplier and a direct importer through our trader, we can easily consolidate payments from various suppliers, simplifying operations, saving on transfer costs and improving payment security.
If the client does not have knowledge or preference of who to transport their cargo with, we suggest options of agencies that work with us. We have a network of Forwarders with partners in most of the countries of America and we can work FOB or CIF according to the client's needs.
In those cases in which it is necessary, to comply with the import regulations of each country, when the objective is to import semi-finished products or simply to make the freight of some articles more efficient, we have the necessary experience to carry out SKD developments ( Semi Knock Down) with specific monitoring and development to avoid any type of regulatory or assembly problem at destination.
Our team works directly with the customs brokers of each of our clients. If necessary or if our clients do not have customs brokers to track their imports, we have a list of brokers that can be contacted to work simply and safely.
